The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   The rooms were clean, spacious and up to date with free wireless internet. The staff was pleasant and helpful as well. There is a Hot tub/sauna on location with a modest weight/fitness area as well. - Staff was unreal. And the rooms were super clean. If it was for 99 + gst I'd stay there again Forsure. At almost 130 a night is to expensive

  Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly.   The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels. Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.
