  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Always friendly we walked out of our room and we had two different people at different times say good morning it was awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they were able to give it back!

  We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping went looking for a different pillow for me and were very k - I very much enjoyed walking around your hotel, the atmosphere provided by the plants and the friendly staff. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included in the price of the stay -That restaurant in your hotel- can't remember the name off the top of my head- is simply amazing. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

  My wife woke up the first morning with a migraine so I asked the girl at the desk, Marjorie, if they had any Advil. She searched the desk and office without luck, then checked in the kitchen. One of the waitresses, Hunter, went out to her car to get her Advil and gave me 2 of them. The entire staff was great, but those two reall - We stayed in the new addition - the beds were very comfortable; the room layout was excellent - having the fridge and microwave separated by a wall with a window that let natural light into a corner that otherwise could have been very dark; glassware and pottery mugs were provided instead of plastic; the breakfast provided was better than expected - not just day old muffins and apples; the wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
