  The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... what people say » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime.   James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

  I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.   Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. - this is the hotel that has keurig coffee maker. fabulous. the bed is so comfy. it didnt give me a bad backache... what people say » compared to other hotels i have been checking in.wi fi is fantastic! - I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.

  Very clean & well maintained as well as good value for money. Their non-smoking rooms were really smoke free - nice change. - Older property. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Staff were friendly. Easy to locate. Well worth the cost.

  We stayed at Podollan after I had surgery and the room could not have been more conducive to my needs. Lots of space to move around in the room, nice modern furniture, the dinning room staff were excellent; I felt like we were at a five star resort. The bathroom was very spacious and we had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The spa was full, but they did let me know when there was a ca - I liked the Spa and Services there. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.

  After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. The entire resort caters to quiet people and the room was SILENT after 10 pm - we caught up on much-needed sleep! The restaurant was fantastic... what people say » and we loved splashing out for a couple of delicious, beautifully prepared dinners. In-room bar fridge made making breakfast and lunch easy. Loved S - Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room. We will always remember your thoughtfulness and first class service. Thank you , Andrea and Jim
