  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room.
