The fellow from the restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on us and served a wonderful pizza. - I like the staff there were very nice and polite.   Our company was attending a conference in downtown Calgary during our stay. The location on an arterial road which leads to the city center is very well planned, making the commute painless for someone who is unfamiliar with Calgary. For those times when a cab was required, the taxi companies had a regular presence which made this option painles... what people say » s as well. The staff were very attentive, courteous, helpful, and professional. The entire facility was in excellent condition and very well kept &am - Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable very clean room. Good breakfast with good choice - items ordered separately. Easy access to city centre using bus that was replacing the train service. Train station is only a block away but was not operating due to the very recent flooding in Calgary.

  The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. Ask for executive rooms on the tird floor that open on to the pool. Perfect!!! - Very close to C-train, fantastic if you are here on business.... what people say » Lovely rooms.   We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat... what people say » ion - The staff were amazing! Always friendly we walked out of our room and we had two different people at different times say good morning it was awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they were able to give it back!

My spouse forgot his room key and the reception did their job by not letting him get to the room until verifying that he was a guest.
