  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have.   The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. - I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.
