  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days.   The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  With some of the negative reviews of the Coliseum Inn, we thought we check this out for ourselves. Compared to the rest of Edmonton prices this is reasonable for a tight traveller. At first glance yes it's an older building. They are in the mix of renovations. Our first room it had one light for the whole room and a broken bed. Very mo - The place is just infront of Rexall Place. If you love the Oilers then you really have an advantage being in this hotel. The rooms are well kept. Very tidy and wide. For 2 Queen rooms for 2 nights you cant go wrong for just $256. Although they never have restaurant inside, the place is pretty close to other restaurants. Edmonton Mall is just 20 min. away. They need though to improve the following: 1. TV programming. this is additional revenue if it works. 2. Internet connection to be updated.

  We have stayed at Best Western for many years both in Canada and USA,and for the 2nd time at Cedar Park Inn. It is a friendly place to stay.
