  The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was excellent. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. Overall it was a great place to stay and when I'm in Montreal again I will definately be back. - Close to airport, free shuttle and they upgraded the room to a suite.

  Well we checked in with no problems. Clean rooms and the fridge is always a bonus. The hotel staff saved my husbands butt as he had previouly picked up some wine. Only to find our it had a cork screw top, Front desk accommodated us with a cork screw and glass wine glasses. Bonus!!! When we went to leave the next day knowing the shuttle did not go ... what people say » to Via Rail station we asked front desk to call us a cab. The shuttle driver was standing there and offered to drive us to the train station . Another - The room had everything including an ironing Board & Iron. Manager went out of his way to ensure we got to the Airport next morning on time. Very Good Service Given at the Comfort Inn

  The staff was so helpful considering the tragedy I was going thru, my husband was hospitalized on June 13 and being from out of town, I stayed with my children at your establishment and the staff went out of their way to help me, called taxi, delivered food etc... Got me a taxi to the hotel when my delayed flight got in at 2AM, after the shuttle had stopped running. It's an interestingly grand old building whose era of splendor is far in the past, but my room was quiet and super clean, and the price was definitely right.

  Our room was very clean there was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot it was well worth the money. I was a little disappointed that Fairview mall was closed and most of the stores were closed. I did not know it was a holiday. Would certainly recommend to my friends. Also the staff was friendly and very accommodating and eager to assist in any way. - ... what people say » We really got a very pleasant surprise when we walked into the lobby. We had not been aware that they were renovating. They did an exceptional job and we would definitely use and recommend this Hotel again. We had stayed there many years ago.
