  I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

  It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a nightmare!!   We stayed there one night during our rocky trip. Hotel was located in Canmore which is about 15-20km away from Downtown Banff. The staff was really nice and check in was very fast. The room we got had a beautiful mountain view. It was very relaxing and nice after a long day drive/tour.   Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use.   Great place to stay. Clean and tidy although the apartment did need a good dust around stair railings and skirting boards. We booked a two bedroom apartment it would have been nice to have enough shampoo etc. instead of one bottle to share. - The accommodation was well suited to our requirements. It was easy to located. We would go back.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

  Breakfast is included which is really great! The breakfast changed a little each day, so sometimes you got pancakes and other times there was waffles or french toast. The restaurant staff were incredibly patient with all the young families around. It was so nice to be able to sleep in and have a hot brunch without having to pull out the wallet. Our room had a huge wide - The management was so nice. When we had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected state of emergency in the area, they reduce the room rate to half. This was amazingly sensitive at a time that was difficult for the town and tourists, Wonderful town to visit and we had a chance to walk on trails from the lodging to town once conditions improved. Everyone was very considerate under stressful circumstances. Very commendable for a business overall.

On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.
