  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, 2nd sink, desk, chair and ottoman, flat screen tv, safe, even an actual closet for your coat and s... what people say » hoes. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom h - The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel. ... what people say » DEFINATELY will be staying here again this summer!!! - The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room! The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

  A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. - Great location. Loved the park and trails right next door. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop. The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.   Excellent reception staff, very helpful and efficient. Particular thanks for helping us with flight check-in. High quality linen, towels and furniture. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Only a short walk into town making it ideal location for us. Very good place to stay. - I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!

  recently renovated room, comfortable bed and bed clothes, convenient furniture, excellent bathroom with shower. Excellent breakfast at restaurant with variety of well prepared choices. - the renovations are amazing. The food and the staff could not be inproved as everything was what we expected and beyond.   We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close location to the airport worked out well.   Free Shuttle service to Airport Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!
