Very helpful staff,clean new bedroom and bathroom, central location. The location is great, close to the old city and many things to see and do. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and airy. Location was good and the girl on reception was polite, that's about the best I can say.The only thing that was nice is this Hotel was the toilet. Method of entry to hotel on arrival could be improved.No sign on the outside of the building to indicate that it was Pension Riedl. No air conditioning. Also we arrived on Sunday and did not realise that hotel was only part of a commercial building - mainly offices and therefore the main building was actually shut and we had no way of getting in as no one answered the bell when it was rung. Luckily our taxi man rang the number for us from his cab andthen we got an answer. Otherwise we would have thought the place did not exist. A little bit small bathrooms. The only thing I did not like was that the room was not cleaned on Sunday.Check in times ,if out side these hours you can not gain access and the phone number on the booking email was for the reception which is unstaffed out side checking in times, this should be deverted to a after hours nuber when not staffed. No secure place for luggage storage. bad towels (not soft at all), bathroom floor gets wet after a shower (no box). very noisy - no soundproof walls/ door, on going construction works. no WLAN.Wireless was essential to me but it turned out it disappeared every other minute... Item, it I did not read the full description due to being in rush but I did not actually expect three star hotel in the 1st District of Vienna to have a shared toilet... Grossly overpriced for the standard of the rooms, more of a backpacker standard for a three star price.In the double room that we stayed we didnt have heat, the receptionist told us to change the room with a singe room. In the begin he didnt told us to give us back the difference. We asked for it. They ask many money for what they give.

Travelling information

From the airport:
Take a bus to Schwedenplatz.

From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station):
Take tram line (direction Nußdorf) to Karlsplatz and continue on underground line U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Schwedenplatz. There you take the "Urania" exit.

From Westbahnhof (Western Train Station):
Take the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) to Stephansplatz and change to the U1 (direction Leopoldau). Go to Schwedenplatz and take the "Urania" exit.
