Convenient location, close to attractions, near a supermarket, clean, you can adjust the temperature in the room, a bathroom with a view of the canal, the hotel quiet, very pleasant staff, the kitchen has everything you need down to the smallest detail, the bathroom has too, the hotel is near trams and Metro, beautiful view from the window (8th floor), internet in the room worked. all reviews » Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal in front of the hotel. Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained) Overall it was a great sta. The apartment was spacious and well arranged in modern design. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully equipped what enabled us to prepare meals for ourselves and our baby. Very spacious and clean bathroom. The location was just perfect for short city-break as well as for longer stay, as it was very close to main Vienna atractions. The oficial parking is free just for the weekends and for the weekdays it is rather expensive (this is specific for most Vienna hotels). The staff might be improved. Very big difference between the rooms in the front of the building, with big panoramic views, and the ones overlooking the back with tiny windows, while the price is, obviously, the same. When we arrived the studio was clean, but no cleaning service for the duration of our stay(6 nights). We even had to take out the garbage. Internet was veeeeeery slow. Nothing. Just found a couple of the reception staff a little bit rude, though this did not spoil anything for us, it is a bit frustrating. The carpet in the room was rather old and soiled. There is no cleaning service for a 6-day stay. Wireless access (had to log in again every time my iPhone/ iPad went into power-saver mode). Had to remind staff of the planned cleaning (took place on the 7th day instead of 5th. The folded bed has rather sharp edges, you need to watch it to preserve your legs. There is no cleaning services provided for stay of 4 nights which I think is not fair. For stay of 3 nights, you have got daily cleaning but not once for 4 nights stay. When you connect the Wi-Fi every time have to enter your login and password. They lived in the attic floor: a little cramped for double bed and bedside table was only one side of the bed. Some rooms are smoking (smell)! No table in the kitchen. Only gripe was the cleaning policy (if you stay 1-3 nights the cleaners come every day, we stayed 4, which meant they didn't come at all!)- very strange, but won't affect most i guess!. Internet was terrible. Lobby area is not big and no comfort at all. Breakfast was not good, not so many selections to eat. Some of the rooms are looking backside and they have very small window. You can not open window at the room this is comfortless. Murphy bed was uncomfortable in sofa position. No servicing of apartment. The staff was not as pleasent as we know from other experiences. It could be bigger and bathroom more updated. No daily room cleaning. couldn't have dinner room service or at least an available menu to order from the closest take-away restaurant. The laundry room is poorly ventilated. It takes the cloth a lot of time to dry. Noisy trams almost 24/7. There were no instructions on how to use some of the kitchen appliances. The local people are not too friendly or helpful. The coffee is for charge even they have coffee machine. Windows need a good wash. Supply of suggar, salt and pepper should be a part of standard kitchen equipment. Make sure to have enough supply of tissues and garbage bags, after 2 days we were out of them. internet speed.
