We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. The breakfast buffet was really good-a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
