Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :) Location was good. We can get to Stephanplatz within 10-15 minutes. It was very close to Schwedenplatz. There were nice cafes and bars around. Hotel was very very clear and r.

I highly recommend this hotel for everyone... Last thing I would like to thanks all the staff there and I would like to give special thanks to both Mr. Khalid Zaki and Mrs. Julia :). The staff were delightful. The rooms were large and comfortable and it was an easy walk to the heart of Vienna. The hotel is in a quiet street and there is double glazing on windows. Also, I left my handbag in the foyer as we got into our taxi and they raced out to give it to me. Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from nearby underground station. Also less than 10 minutes walk from Stephensplatz but still a very quiet street. We were given an extra spacious apartment albeit on the first floor. Hotel has a very good position for a sightseeing and it is easy to find. The suite that we had was clean with nice interior and a good bathroom. I would highly recommend the hotel for it is value for money. The hotel is centrally located and is very family friendly. The staff at the reception is good and friendly. There are also lots of restaurants around as well as good access to public transport. The staff were very friendly, and the room is very clean. The size of living room exceeded my expectation, with microwave oven and a bar stand. Location, ambience, staff. We were expecting different things from an apart hotel. We expected an oven, cooker or pot. Hotel was ungenerous. They gave us only two plates, two cups and two glasses. So we couldnt cook anything, only we could have breakfast. At some nights the street were a little bit noisy but that was not a big deal. Nothing at all. Small issue but the chairs in the lounge area of the room were incredibly noisy. Every movement was magnified. Although tea bags and instant coffee packets were provided in the room, but no kettle. So we had to use the microwave to boil water. If one was using WiFi internet was just fine in the room but when two of us were using it was bad. Just one thing, the bed is a bit too small for two persons. - old furniture. Decor a bit dated. three steps to get to elevator with luggage in entrance, no kettle in room (boil water with a microwave), adult "X" TV channel freely accessible without warning (for kids), breakfast room without any daylight or window. Nothing. Dingy carpets and upholstery; expensive breakfast. I was with baby-trolley and my room was on the 7th floor (an elevator goes only to 6th). When I came a lady said they can change the room but what is the point to give the room and then offer another one (I had written in booking about a small baby and she obviusly saw me with trolley). Dirt under the bed. Didn't work light in the hall(light on the wall). Most staff was young and could not answer questions. Our room was an attic room with sloping ceiling and initially hot. They could put a ramp beside the three stairs that lead to the lifts. Small bed for two person,expensive breakfast. We paid 90 Eur per night so we got the room on 7th floor. The last floor is without elevator and in the room there is continuous sound of building air conditioning. Despite these inconveniences for such price you will not find the better option in the middle of Vienna old town. We lived at 7 floor, penthouse. Air conditioning was not working when we stayed at the hotel (28.04-08.05.2013). It was very noisy at night and in the morning when the windows are open. Expensive breakfasts, the hotel does'nt looks like 4-stars rated. The air conditioning unit in our first room on level 7 was so noisy - it sounded like you were on a plane. We were moved to another room on level 3 the next day after no sleep - which was better but still not quiet. Night staff mentioned that noise is a standard problem with many rooms in this hotel. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel. Bidet missing, missing bathrobes, linens, small beds, garage entrance is very narrow, for large car are not recommended. Breakfast is not included in the price and a very unrealistic price for breakfast.. Thy took me a financial guarantee worth one night We were told will relive After 5 days via credit card and now went more than 10 days and did not regain the amount.
