  Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital.   The staff were extremely friendly and happy to give me a room with a city view after already allocating our room. The view was magical and the location was central. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from my own bed and the facilities were beautiful....perfect for my romantic getaway... - The reception staff upon arrival were exce... what people say » llent. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. The complimentary drinks at the Metropole were a great idea and we would definitely stay there again. We also liked that the rooms were couple off so that anyone entering the room had to get through two doors.

  Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep.
