  The staff were extremely friendly and happy to give me a room with a city view after already allocating our room. The view was magical and the location was central.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep.
