Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. I liked the size of the rooms but bed could be a king size for a couple, not much for free with the cost of the room only coffee, view was good I believe that in a casino doesn't matter how much the room cost should of had a free breakfast included

The Family room was very spacious and nice. There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Townsville. -

The fact that as soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a fresh clean smell and the whole room was clean. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Mercure Townsville has a lovely feel to it with its well maintained gardens and pool area. We don't feel like we have to stay indoors, there are many places to enjoy in the grounds which makes our stay more enjoyable. -

Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning.
Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities.

skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and
Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The
apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely

We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children.
Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us.
The apartment was very roomy.
