Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits. They made out trip so easy. Thank you, in particular, to these wonderful baggage staff - they deserve a bonus or a raise!.

I liked the size of the rooms but bed could be a king size for a couple, not much for free with the cost of the room only coffee, view was good I believe that in a casino doesn't matter how much the room cost should of had a free breakfast included. After finishing the Hinchinbrook Island Trek we were exhausted. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The view from the executive suit was amazing. The was a selection of restaurants. We enjoyed the dinner buffet at Aqua. Everything, we were there only for one nights stay, but I would definitely recommend staying there. Great value for money, very helpful and friendly staff...our room looked over the sea it was lovely....we definitely will be back....thanks. The room was luxurious, spotless. The staff, esp the maid, was delightful and very helpful. When we arrived, we were met by porters who were flat out, but very quick to help us with our suitcases and friendly. we had a lovely evening, room was perfect with the veiw of the marina, staff were friendly, helpful ... Dining at the Aqua resturant was relaxed, food variety is extensive, to suit variety of tastebuds :). The room was lovely, and the taste of the bay seafood platter was just great, never had a better seafood platter. The pools were top glass, all three, the spa, the heated pool and the great long pool. the rooms were clean and comfortable, serviced daily, staff were helpful, the valet parking staff were great helpful, never too busy to ask how your day was they would top my list if i had to choose. the rooms were very clean and well appointed. we had a great view of teh boats and harbor in the executive room. It was very quiet and relaxing. I would love to stay therer again. bar-service 9-10 (when casino empty). atmosphere bright/friendly 9/10 every dept "user-friendly". good rooms. Overall, we had a really good stay, at a really good rate. Thanks. Having conference and accommodation on same site was fantastic. Didn't need to leave the complex although the stroll down The Strand was a great end to a long day sitting. beds were comfy. room clean. efficient and friendly staff at reception and cafe. loved the reclining rockers concert!! was a lovely venue for the band. The staff in all areas was helpful and friendly. The variety and freshness of food in the buffet breakfast in Aqua is excellent as always. Kobe restaurant - has to be the nicest food I've ever eaten!! The atmosphere in the bar and casino. Room service was great, the casino is much more spacious and large bathroom and very stylish room. Everything at the same location, you did not have to leave the complex if you did not wish to. We were very happy with Jupiters and have staid there before and are staying there in August. Enjoyed the evening in casino. Lots of laughs,some luck on pokies, few beers,couplá reds. Bath room was old looking and a bit difficult to turn shower on with out getting wet, I personally turn hot on first and the cold but I couldn't as of the taps and shower screen. We were disappointed with the buffet dinner. The staff were extremely pleasant but the food was bland and a couple of serving dishes were empty. The next night we tried room service instead only to have the food arrive nearly cold. The signs to find the Casino were difficult to find, we came from Mackay, and drove for ages until we found the casino. 4 of us gambled 2 nights and 3 days.....floor staff way too few.Forever waiting for "pay-outs". Forever waiting for "cash-outs" in the cashier line. One bar only in the Casino....you have to be kidding. Nothing to dislike. decor in our room is looking dated and tired. no hairdryer in our room for our stay. told reception on leaving. Having to pay $4 for a small bottle of water. water should be more readily available where alcohol is present. I'm a non drinker and think this price is too high. Little far out of the main stream of Townsville but that all really. That we didn't get to stay long enough!. I have not found anything I don't like. Didn't get the bed configuration I requested booking through letsbookhotel.com Room advertised features such as top floor, and a bathtub were not accurate. Saying that the room was very nice. Very little food identified as gluten free - I am coeliac so this matters to me! Shower head was in need of a soak in vinegar or CLR - very poor! Buffet breakfast overpriced! Wi-fi overpriced too!. Not applicable. The only negative thing I have to say is that maybe they need to put measures in place to ensure that people can't just walk out of Aqua restaurant with out paying as it was a busy night and we didn't have a reservation there was no record of myself and my friends been at a table not mention how many people were in the group. The pillows were too soft. We had a room with a view of a roof :( not good. Nothing. Nothing. Crowded cafe, food ok. No airport shuttle service. A lot of family there at the time and as a night away from the kids it wasn't a quiet eating area. Disappointed the bus service is no longer available. 10am check out haha. Needs a refurbishment. Room looked quite old, with chips and scratches in the wood, etc. Lifts did not work, very annoying having to wait or take the service lift. Casino was too cramped, felt like everything was on top of you. RSA was not good. liked everthing. Breakfast was too expensive. Evverything was great. Been booking 6 - 8 rooms for 17 years @ about same time and some of members go to the casino often and a few beer voucher would have been nice even @ $165 per room.And I have friends who get free rooms @ times and do not even gamble like we do. When I went to check out I found the girl behind the counter extremely rude. She didn't smile at all, had no enthusiasm I'm her voice and made me feel like I was a bother to her important time. Nothing.
