We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Both apartments were great, if we viit Townsville again we'll definitely stay there again. o eay to walk to the beach, to the shops, to the supermarket and even easier to the private pool which was quiet and simply perfect.

Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children. Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us. The apartment was very roomy. Free Access to Strand Fitness was excellent. Excellent Mangers and Excellent place to stay. Views are amazing and everyone so friendly. Will also stay here whenever I have to travel to Townsville. Great location. Quality accommodation with very good security. Clean. Good pool and nicely landscaped. Quiet. staff were helpful and pleasant beautiful and clean room convenient to strand recreation area quiet. Location was great Clean ,spacious apartments with all necessary facilities ,all in working order. Large Iiving area with a balcony giving access to great views. The sliding plantation shutters. I loved the location. My girls loved the view as much as we did. I would definately stay again. central location, ocean view balcony both sides of apartment, very roomy. We loved our stay and would return tomorrow, everything was first class. The location was very good. the staff friendly and helpful. Balcony view of beach and ocean was a major highlight!. Everyting!! And the view was stunning!. EVERYTHING!!!! Didn't want to leave!!. the view was amazing great position. Views were fantastic. location. The smell. We got used to it though. Not sure if it was the beach being so close or if it was the trees in the garden or if someone had smoked in the apartment recently but it wasn't what we were expecting when we opened the door. The air conditioning was a bit temperamental - either a touch too cold or not cold enough. Nothing to not like about this place. no basics - like salt and pepper, dishwasher or washing up detergent for each day no fresh towels after 3-4 days discount for a longer stay noisy downpipe (when it rained) beside main bedroom no lift. No negative experience. The shower over the bath in the main bathroom made it impossible for my elderly mother to use that shower. The main bedroom doesn't have a door. Nothing. Didn't have an elevator. Wasn't distinctively highlighted on website that only some of the units had lifts. I was traveling with my elderly mother. The free wifi didn't work. 3 flights of stairs up to apartment wasn't the easiest to negotiate with luggage. Would have been nice to have another queen size bed in 2nd bedroom for other couple with us. 1 set towels each for 5 day stay was not enough.
