  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... what people say » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me.   We enjoyed our stay at the Meriton in Kent Street very much. It is nicer and cleaner than a similar priced apartment hotel nearby that we had previously stayed in. The hotel - We were really happy with the apartments. We stayed in a studio- it was a good size with contemporary decor and furnishings and view to the street. It had thoughtful touches like a coffee plunger, and complimentary dishwasing tablets and clothes washing machine liquid. The staff were great - the concierge noticed we were exhausted after catching an overnight flight and (without being asked) arranged for a room cleaned so we cleaned so we could check in early.   Modern rooms, very clean. Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily. Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel... what people say » . The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint. Complementary internet was very good. 1GB/day and excellen - The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

  Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. I would recommend it. - I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

  We stayed at the Meriton Apartments - World Tower for a girls weekend away. Travelling from Melbourne & Brisbane we were looking for something central and comfortable. World Tower more than exceeded our expectations. The beds & pillows were to die for. Our 2 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, more than spacious and had a fantastic ... what people say » view. There was no noise from other rooms and although they don't have a restaurant, there are plenty of restaurants & cafes at your doorstep. Som - Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to Australia again.

Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel.   Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. We had afternoon drinks and nibbles in our loungeroom/kitcheb, took a refreshing swim in the pool which was great before gettin... what people say » g ready to go out. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.

  Our stay here was perfect. Having stayed in the Campbell Street Meriton before we knew the quality was great but we were looking for something closer to Surry Hills this time. Danks Street is a great location just far enough from the city to escape the hustle bustle and enjoy some boutique shopping and delicious food. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... what people say » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!
