  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Without trams it will be a 15min walk from Spencer St area as you need to get around this big railway station (i think) and you can't walk straight down Bourk
