Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country people who don't know melb. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem and they responded to all questions and requests quite promptly. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

We stayed for 10 days and was very happy with the apartment, it was very good value for money, was very comfortable and trams were just at the door. It was 3kms to the city, we will most definitely recommend it to others. Easy access as trams stop in front of it, clean, good value of money. Helpfull staff, let us left our car in the parking lot after checked out due to our late flight. Will stay there again. facilities convenient-modern.very clean- central location. Facilities look 'tired'- chipped paint, not bright. For me-I don't care- very clean and the right price. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us! The apartment was spacious, and the bed was really comfy with lots of extra pillows and covers. It was the closest Motel to where I was doing a training course (within walking distance) and was right across the road from a great kebab shop. Central location, although for restaurants one has to travel in to the city. But then there is the street car right in front of the place. Location was excellent and while located on a major city corner was very quiet! It was clean, comfortable and did all I needed. We arrived outside of office hrs. Arrangement was in place as to where and how to access room keys and directions to room. eventhough it was in a very busy part of Melbourne never heard traffic in our room felt like we were in suburbia. Great access to everything!Stayed here many times. Old but clean and comfortable. PARKING also!!!!. The room was well appointed, the protected on site parking is a plus and the breakfast is adequate. very clean, comfortable & well equipped & well priced. Also fairly quiet, no partying. The price and the location in relation to the city. Secure parking. It had a Gideon's bible. i liked the space and layout and that there were cameras in the carpark area for safety. The only thing we didn't like was the stairs, its a shame there wasn't a lift. Fairly dark room, mosquitoes. Nothing comes to mind. Not a big minor but the iron was broken and the ignition button on the gas cooker was broken so make sure you have matches. A little bit of a walk to get to a pub. It is all a bit old fashioned, a bit 1960 style, but so is most of the country anyway. Struggling to think of any real negatives, however, the numbering of apartments wasn't great. Given instructions to "go to the back block" I soon discovered it wasn't actually the back block but signage was very limited so I had to wonder around a bit to find my room. It was on my way back to reception that I stumbled on my room. Was totally satisfied, nothing to dislike really. no lift as we were on the 4th floor but manage if we took it slowly. When driving back from the CBD there is no easy turn into the Motor Inn. Have to do illegal turn or drive klm to u turn back??. Cannot think of anything. It was difficult to get in and out of the property by car. It wasn't flash by any stretch but for the price it was good. didnt like the shower over the bath with no handrails very unsafe. There is room service but no cutlery provided. Insufficient wall sockets for charging electronic devices. It was a little difficult to get to during peak hour traffic. Troublesome turn around to get to entrance if travelling from City along Flemington Rd. Manageable once you are used to it. Stairway. the fire alarm went off and it was very noisy for a long period of time and nobody knew about it until i made them aware of it,if there was a real fire happening on the premesis would anyone have done anything about it on time???. a washing machine in each apartment would of been great or a few more in the laundry. only 1 machine and dryer was not enough for this facility. No lift to the third floor, poor light for shaving (male face). A little noisy at night time. Complex was run down. Our room had cracked wash basin and dripping shower. Room required a little DIY but still comfy just an observation . Couldn't connect to wifi. The stairs. I disliked the lack of kitchen facilities within my room. No cutlery or plates, bowls etc. nothing. Badroom was in a old age.. leaking tap squeaks in doors. Initially hard to find way around. No toaster in the room. Having to haul my luggage up stairs…I'm 65 with arthritis…pity help anyone in a wheelchair. Maintenence work on roof was disturbing me. our bed sheet was not change Throughout our stay (6 days) The room was not vacuum everyday. Bath towel with holes in it. Stairs up to rooms. Didn't realise it was too far with a baby and stroller having to get a tram. Nothing. Very tired basic room. Not that convenient as the train service is half an hour once to flemington bridge. Difficult parking. Bathroom tiles a bit mouldy. The building is rundown and poorly maintained. The room had no opening window. damaged door and paintwork.
