These apartments offer quality furnishings, spotlessly clean facilities, comfy beds, plenty of in room amenities so you don't have to buy supplies for a short stay, is convenient to shops, restaurants, public transport, Etihad Stadium, provides amazing views and the fantastic welcome and hospitality provided by the operators during our stay was exceptional. Cannot fault our stay and have and will continue to recommend to family & friends without hesitation.

Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious. Paul was a great host who greeted me on arrival. Location close to Etihad, crown casino, harbour town, dfo, restaurants, southern cross station & close to city, but not too close to the noise. This apartment complex ticks all the boxes, I walked most places/took a tram. Plus it was walking distance to woollies, liquor store, chemist etc.... Staff went out of way to help with our stay and even looked after our bags after checkout as we had late flight.We will be staying at Docklands Executive Apartments every time we visit Melbourne.Clean unit and plenty of room as per photos online.Staff were only a phone-text away which is so helpful when you travel away..see you again soon!. Great roomy apartment. Was a friend and I on a shopping long-weekend. Nice to have a double bed and separate bathroom each. Great facilites. Full kitchen, laundry etc. Nice view over park. The location of the apartment was great to all of the places we needed to visit. Transport was excellent it was very close to the apartment. Paul was very helpfull and obliging he couldn't do enough for us it made the holiday that much more enjoyable. Location was great with free circle tram outside the door. The kitchen supplies were plentiful as was the linen. The service half way through our stay was thorough - all linen replaced and supplies topped up plus a good clean. Beds very comfortable. Paul was wonderful. Not only did he make us feel welcome, he was always available. The dryer quit working and he replaced it immediately. The apartment was very well stocked and was easy to walk to shopping etc. Beautiful view and wonderful room. Paul gave us a very friendly and warm reception with all the necessary information about the appartment and surroundings. The appartment : clean, comfortable, modern. Everything was to our satisfaction. The toilet roll holder was in the wrong place in the laundry room/bathroom TV. Nothing worth mentioning :). N/A. One of our group is very sensitive to allergies and found the smell of either cleaning products or air freshener in the apt. when closed up, overpowering. However it was immaculately clean - not easy with all the black shiny surfaces. Nothing. We loved everything. Everything was perfect. Nothing - it was much better than expected!!. nothing. Balconies small, spare room window cold air and noisy. Didn't Stay long enough!. Nothing. Foyer downstairs.

Please note that this property has no reception desk. The owner will meet guests outside Watergate Apartments, 8 Waterview Walk Docklands. Arrival time needs to be confirmed in advance. There are no Docklands Executive Apartment signs as the residences are in a residential building. When you are on your way, please send the owners a text message, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note you must show a valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or UnionPay credit cards. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that a mid-stay housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.
