Unfortunately my wife and I only stayed one night with Rhonda and Claudio who were excellent hosts who ensured our stay was memorable and of high quality. Beautiful rooms, great dining room and choice of food and friendly atmosphere. Lovely quiet location on top of the hill. Would rate as 6 Star accommodation and recommend to all travellers staying in Bateman's Bay.

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and did all they could to ensure that the room configuration requested by one of our party when booking was met. Took a little longer than normal to register as a result and without prompting offered a hot breakfast to compensate for the delay. Very professional manager.
