Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. The fact that the hotel staff warmed the room for us knowing that we will be arriving late hence we would not be cold after we arrive. The room has everything that a family with young kids need. The jacuzzi/ spa was large enough for my 2 kids to dip in. The site was huge and we had a great view the next day, the kids love the space to run round. -

The separate single storey double bedroom cabins means if you travel with another couple then you are not on top of other people as you are in regular hotels. Each cabin has an attractive bushland outlook. It is very central for vineyards and other Hunter Valley attractions.

well as gay/lesbian friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I

Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The location is fabulous. Beautiful view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside. We stayed in a double room with a harbour view on the 12th floor. Staff were efficient and friendly. Service could not have been more obliging; ill friend travelling all needs met moving rooms. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)
