    My husband and had only booked a standard room. We had been so looking forward to the weekend away for quite some time as my husband never stops working. Our weekend did not start so smoothly (I picked my husband up from the airport and 5 hours later after having our car towed back home we arrived in a taxi at the hotel). On arrival we were inform... what people say » ed that my inlaws had arranged for us to be upgraded to a suite. It was so amazing (we were staying for two nights. The first night to celebrate our t - The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The smell of French Lavender as soon as you walk into the lobby. The staff was always extremely polite, not a fault with the staff. Personal service. Attentive. Love the French accent with most.

    be warned if you are expecting the hotel grandeur and modern and packed with guests, this hotel is not what you are looking for. However, the intimate and cozy feeling, plus the fine elegance of the deco all offer a nice and comfortable stay. Great location to circular quay ferry termini and 15-20 min walk to the city central shopping precinct. Yo... what people say » u can also take the free tour bus just around the corner. As for the dinning selections, plenty touristy and less-touristy ones are around. Extra note - We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Location of hotel was great - only 500m from Circular Quay and about 5min walk to Opera House. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back to the

    I have lived in Aus for five years, this time , just come back for travelling, because need to stay for one week, so i choose this apartment hotel. The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you need, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people w... what people say » ho will have a long stay in Sydney - The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

    My husband and I, loved the location , as it was walking distance to cafes, buses , ferry, shops, Sydney harbour, Opera house and trains. We loved the comfy bed and pillows so much we haven't slept as well since arriving home. We loved the polite, well mannered and very professional staff, who treat you with such respect no matter what you are wea... what people say » ring. The staff were so wonderful as they followed up on our tour booking for the next day ,which we didn't expect. It was awesome. Nothing was too mu - Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.
