The staff were very friendly & helpful, the room service was excellent, the food was great & the price was very competitive. We enjoyed the whole experience and would gladly stay there again. We liked the position of this hotel and it was very affordable, but they do charge $10 for parking, but it is secure. The staff at reception were most helpful and very friendly.

Comfortable room and food for room service was good and good value . Very central to shops and Waterfront .We only had an over night stay and wouls stay again . Very comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. Evening meal in the restaurant was superb. I have stayed here couple of times and will stay again. The room was nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean room. Property close to CBD (easy walking distance). Hotel was very clean and room was nicely set out . Great position right in town centre and close to outside eateries . Rate 8/10. We were 3 seniors, we found the staff very friendly, room clean and comfortable, great position, good parking. All good. Absolutely loved our stay here. Looking to get a good deal from mecure in Queenstown for our next trup!. The bed was so soft we didn't want to get out, the room was huge and the staff were ok. Was VERY disappointed with the view, I did pay a high price for our room and all we got was a view of the back street, I was hoping for a water view. I have no dislikes. somewhat cramped with regard area between toilet and vanity basin. Felt a touch overpriced, with no breakfast included and having to pay for parking also. No dislikes. Shower door didn't close to water leeked on the bathroom floor, therefore we had to use the bathmat to soak up the water while in the shower so the water would not leek into the bedroom part. The toilet was also located too close to the handbasin so even though we are thin mid height people had to sit on the toilet sideways. Room too small for double and second bed which was fold out sofa . bed too soft has I suffer from bad back. I had left an item in the wardrope of room 16 and it was not returned or found when room was cleaned. Lost property is not very helpful there, which is very disappointing to me. paying for parking. Room reeked of chlorine when I arrived but did clear once I had the door open for a few hours. Unable to get good tv reception on most channels. Room was dusty and carpet badly needed to be vacuumed. Paying 10.00 for parking. A lot of money to pay for a room. Paying parking in country motel a bit over top. Had to pay for off street parking. Paying for parking. No Gymnasium. Husband said pillows were too soft. Bed too small used to sleeping in king and were sleeping in double. Didn't think they had double beds in hotels anymore. We only stayed one night. Nothing. Having to pay for parking. The walls are very thin and we had to listen to our neighbours having sex all night and there was a wedding on and people were running up and down the corridors. Didn't get much sleep. West facing room very noisy at all hours. Possibly the ugliest view I've ever had from a 3rd floor balcony. No Wi-fi. No gym. El cheapo toilet paper. $10 per day surcharge for on-site parking. Blood on one of the bed noticed just before going to sleep. $10 for parking Fittings in room a bit wobbly Noise from the street side. No milk in fridge. Room service was terrible. Pool area very public. Too few lounge chairs and the ones we had were saturated with water. Beds uncomfortable. Linen was old and bobbly. It was overly expensive with not much value for money. A bit dated. Unfriendly staff, I attractive bar. Restaurant prices were exhorbitant. Felt slightly past its best, in need of a touch up. For a Queen size deluxe room it was very small, two people filled it.
