The room was quiet and clean. I liked the fact that there was a little table to sit at with 2 chairs, so you didn't have to sit on the beds. The room had everything we needed except a dvd player. Management explained that they weren't provided as they had Foxtel.Port Macquarie is a good halfway point between Gold Coast & Sydney.

The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities were clean and included all necessary equipment.The outside balcony with table and chairs was comfy. The location was just a short walk downhill to the Port Macquarie town centre. The motel was pleasantly presented and staff helpful and friendly. Reception manager was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and kitchenette very functional. Hotel may not have very modern decor but the cleanliness and functionality more than compensate. I also found it great value for money. Will recommend to others. i really enjoyed my stay most especially how i was attended to when requesting breakfast having not already previously booked The lady to whom i gave the order was was only to happy to drop whatever she was doing to attend my needs..great customer service. The staff were great. Although I only stayed the night they were brilliant to me, and very welcoming. I also left something behind and they offered to post it on, and called me on really short notice about it. Stellar!. After a long drive and with a sore leg, I was moved from a room on the first floor to a ground floor unit at the back. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. Much appreciated. The young lady receptionist was fantastic, friendly and so helpful in every way. She made our stay very special and deserves to be spoilt rotten by her bosses for Christmas. Very loud motor bike arriving at the unit next door and revving and revving and its owners thoroughly enjoying themselves VERY loudly...after midnight. The freezer part of the fridge was iced closed so no ice and the jug for water was empty so no cold water. Just a little thing but when you have travelled for 5 hours a cold glass of water is a treat. Nothing. Nothing. No negative comments. The rather small bathroom. all good. staff should smile a bit more. En-suite facilities very cramped. Noisy (and weird) people in the next door room who smoked. n/a. No lift to first floor. Not offered to carry bag up. Air conditioning was a little noisey. No view. there was no soap in the soap dispenser in shower. Nothing. Too far away from where I live. nothing. Beach and Clubs. Non smoking units seemed to be downstairs, priority perhaps for smoking. Could be cheaper. There really wasn't anything. stairs a big problem. No air conditioning so it was hot and stuffy and heaps worse in summer. Noisy guests late at night, staff did little to fix the problem. Tepid hot water. Very basic. Small ensuite.
