The staff were extremely friendly right from reception to the woman who came to close up the hot tub and the gentleman in the cafe next door for breakfast (which was amazing and reasonably priced) the room was lovely for what we paid and the hot tub on a cool windy night was very welcoming great place to stay. The apartment was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided and we enjoyed the views from the two balconies. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic too. A fabulous place to stay!.

Staff perfect! Everyone in our large group was most impressed. Everything really! The room was gorgeous and spacious and the way they are laid out means there is no noise from neighbours etc. The hotel is within easy reach of all attractions in Port Macquarie. The place has a nice feel to it too. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean and very modern. The position of the hotel was very close to everything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I especially liked the little coffee shop attached to the hotel. The complimentary bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate our double anniversaries was an unexpected bonus! Third time we've stayed there and it just keeps getting better. Room was so well appointed - sheer luxury!. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. If there was a problem it was dealt with immediately and in a pleasant manner. I didn't like the pillows in our room. Of the two pillows on the bed, one was too soft and the other too firm. I wish there were glad rapper and foil in the kitchen facilities, I guess it is optional, but for families it is nice to have in place we are staying then to carry it with you through the trip. Just a suggestion. I wish I could have stayed longer. Pool small. the town is bigger and more interesting than we expected but still not that exciting. There was no one staffing the front desk after 7 to advise us on restaurants, etc. poor stroller access. The water fountain in the lobby. It was to noisy, had problem hearing person on phone. Issue with iron provided, apparently triggered the power board, as a consequence the electricity was cut to the power outlets in the room. The fridge stopped working and I had important medicine inside that required a cooler climate. Free to air tv was impossible to watch with poor signal. Noise from street, a little pricey compared to others. airconditioner was a bit loud. There is nothing I didn't like. Perhaps adding a microwave to the unit to heat up food etc. The bed was a little hard but slept Ok on it. We paid $145 a night which I thought was a little high. Nothing. Some of the hallway furniture is old and torn.... Leftover hair in the bathroom. &Quot;Water view" was a glimpse of the water a long way from our room and obstructed by other buildings, noise from the main road even though we were on 5th floor. Having to use a lift to get anywhere!!! Go the stairs!!!. Nothing. Only two bath towels in the apartment. N/A.
