Staff was very friendly full of information , could not help us enough. Facilities while being basic was just what was needed. Spotless and clean. Very comfortable. Great value for money with the kitchenette, everything was at your finger tips. The location was a god sent as my wife was without a vehicle so because we were central she was able to walk everywhere.

Lots of stairs to top floor if you have bad legs. Bed in second bedroom not very comfortable. Pillows not good. nothing. bit close to the main street and it was a little noisy. nothing. no lift. In need of makeover. Very tired appearance.
