We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Well equipped kitchen and parents area away from childrens which was nice. All children enjoyed pool facilities. It was spacious, quite close to town, but we wouldn't have wished to be in an apartment without ocean views. Balconies were lovely. We only had contact with 1 staff member in our brief stay, but she was very helpful, as were staff I spoke to on the phone.

The bright, spacious and airy rooms were very pleasant to stay in. Bathrooms were modern and clean and kitchen well fitted out. Office staff were very helpful. Overall we had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the appliances that are needed. Access to the car park is good and the location is handy to beaches, town and surrounding areas. Spacious and well located. Everything!. The apartment was spacious. It was close to the beach and shops. It had great views from the rooftop. Lovely barbecue facility near rooftop spa and near pool. Undercover secure parking. view from roof top. Some of the dishes in the cupboard had dried-on food. There was a strong carpet cleaner type smell which dissipated when we had doors open but was quite overwhelming upon re-entry each time we went out. Spiders and cobwebs in window tracks. I'd love to have a good, sharp knife in the cutlery drawer and I don't like taking showers in a bath tub but I can see that this is probably desirable for families with small children. An updated list of local eateries would also be handy. (Your pizza pamphlet offered a deal that was no longer current). Nothing - would 100% stay again. Fittings and fixtures looking a bit tired. Removal of TV in main bedroom a bit surprising. Booked well in advance through Internet. Not sure we were given the best option available. Sold as 3 bdrm but would only sleep 5 expected 6. what I didn't like was that there was no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms it was only avaliable in the lounge room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep there was not even a ceiling fan or a table fan I think they really need to do something about this other than that it was good. ocean view falsely advertised and overrated can only see parts of ocean between buildings from lower floors relatively expensive. Rating 3.5 out of 5. The only problem I found was the curtain in the single bed room didn't close properly so the sun was in your eyes first thing of the morning. House keeping wasnt the best. I wasnt happy that I had to pay for extra dish washing liquid and powder sachets. Managment was abrupt with my husband. Not enough crockery and utensils in the kitchen. Need more serving platters, bowls and a few more good knives. Unsupervised children in deck spa using profanities. Aspect to south was disappointing Third bedroom had little privacy or window 8:00pm seems a little early for BBQ curfew. fact that Pay TV (Austar) did not work in our Unit. Limited reception hours. The spa closes to early!. Aptmnt 109 could have a bbq as there is plenty of room outside. Room had a musky/mouldy odour. We tried spraying air freshner but the odour remained the same. There were also a lot of cobwebs. It seems as though the room had not been properly cleaned and aired. bed quality. I booked this apt on the understanding the view shown in the illustration came with the appartment. Extremely dissapointed to find this was available only on the 9th floor. . I wanted the view shown, and suggest you remove this image to avoid further confusion with bookings! As it is false advertising.
