The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable Nd well furnished. The gym was great good air conditioning and spacious and. Reasonable well equipped. The pool was vary good, modern clean and functional and nice and warm on a cool morning. Free undercover parking was a bonus and the girl on reception was lovely.

It was in a great location, friendly staff and is very neat and modern room. Very happy with our stay here. The Pool area,Gym & Sauna on the Roof was Great.Rooms Spacious and Comfy,Staff Great & Helpful. Very central to everything just leave the car in garage, really clean and modern and staff were great. we love the comfy bed the spa was excellent the room was nice and comfortable. The Quayside was exactly what we required. Value for money was a big winner. Loved the room and the privacy. The instant help from staff upon request. Helpful staff n complementary chocolates n bubbles was a bonus 4 us!. The studio room was contemporary, well furnished, very clean. good location, easy walking distance to shops and river. Good Room with kitchen, clean and well maintained. It was roomy and modern. Close to everything. Close to the beach. Paid extra for a room with an ocean/ river view but it was more like a glimpse and spoilt by overlooking a prominent asbestos roof from the adjacent building. The address gave the impression we were on William st but the car park and reception were on the adjoining street, so confusing and misleading. Whilst wifi was free it was very slow and I gave up using it. Outlook over market roof. Liked everything. The bed was a little bit hard. no bar or action. Nothing. the traffic noise and noisy people out late, and cars screeching around most of the night. Nothing. No staff at the desk when checking out, No service of room. noise from night club and traffic being on the main road. We tried to put our towels on the bath rack, only to have it break. Also the toilet button was broken when we were first entered the room. No view just overlooking backs of buildings. No hot water in room for a shower. Very noisy Small rooms for the money spent. Entire booking process a bit clumsy....People at Mantra didn't even have knowledge about the booking and only after being called realised about the booking. I don't know whose mistake it is but its important the booking process is smooth for comfort of customers. Good location but deceiving when booking. &Quot;Quayside" I expected a view. Instead I was surrounded by nightclubs and a rundown vacant shopping centre. Having to take out own rubbish Lack of wifi on the first day. Location on main road- no breakfast dinner or bar area- just accommodation - block of apartments-one small bathroom with wash machine in 2 bed room appartment. Bathroom a bit small -shower over bath. Noisy corner with abandoned shopping complex over the road. Bed needs to be queen size. Pubic hair in bathroom. Receptionist was rude, made rude comments. Power points were broken, had to hold plug in the wall in the bathroom to blow dry my hair. Plugs only go halfway in. Parking was on a steep slope and scratched bottom of our ute, had to park in boq parking spot. The photo of the room showed a view instead our room was facing the squash courts, not very pleasant. Keys to room were temperamental. Heating in the hallways was too warm. - The reception is not really customers service - Bed is too old.
