The apartment is family-friendly. It provides everything that a family needs eg. kitchenette, washer, space etc. Shopping, city sight-seeing and dining are just walking distance. Dining convenience is especially critical for Muslim. Great place with great sense of security and friendly people. I will definitely come back to Melbourne - this time with all my children and for a longer stay. the friendly greeting and help from the staff upon arrival. the rooms were big spacious and clean. there was no city noise and it was central to many of the cities attractions. a safe area for walking about into the evening. would stay again.

We arrived very early in the morning and the staff arranged for us to book into our room early. Very much appreciated. The apartment was huge. Slap bang in the middle of City 5***** Staff are brilliant.. Would be hard to fid better for the money. Would defo stay here again apartment has everything you want makes you feel like you are at home very impressed..5*****. The size of the apartment was great but I really liked the balcony. So many places don't have balconies and you miss the "vibe" of the city. It will certainly be a place we will look at staying again. Great location. . Easy access to China town and public transport. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there and we will be back next time we stay in Melbourne. . Midweek stay with just me and the kids, the pool is great for them to have a bit of a swim! Location is fantastic. We have stayed here before and both visits have been great. Will be back!. We were there for 3 nights. It would have been nice to have a change of towels and the room serviced. Please get better coffee and bigger coffee cups, maybe even mugs:). Nothing to dislike, but from car park to appartments or lobby, is all a bit of a maze. (They give you good clear instructions on arrival) so it not a real issue. I would have expected fresh towels at least once during our 3 night stay, given the other 2 apartments I booked received them at least twice.Also would expect a fan in the bathroom given there is no window or ventilation. Noise - you can hear the late night party goers especially on Friday and Saturday nights. could hear people talking in adjoining apartments as walls were not that well insulated for noise. Admittedly a little old (carpet bathroom and furnishings)m but not a big deal....the location and comfort made up for this. The changing of elevators to go to the carpark. Apartment was very noisy at night, street cleaners, rubbish bin collections, tram noise etc. Perhaps the windows need to be double glazed to block out noise.. How dirty it was the cutlery crockery was ALL dirty and stuck to the shelves. The kitchen & bathroom surfaces were all dirty and there were peanuts on the floor. Even the guys noticed how dirty the rooms were??? Comprising on cleaning costs is the worst saving measure in an accommodation business. Furniture is a bit dated and not comfortable. Particularly the bed. But I survived and have had worse beds in hotels. No much dislike. Behind bed head was extremely dusty. nothing. Cooking smells from previous guests. No TV in the bedroom. the queen bed in our apartment was terrible, hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. The noise at night with the nightclubs and the garbage trucks.The windows in the bedrooms need to be double glazed. The guy on reception when checking in was hard to understand as he mumbled and his personality was not suitable for reception work - not very welcoming. Having to keep the blinds down, due to the closeness of the office blocks on the street. Nothing- maybe a TV in the gym would be great!!. Bin wasn't emptied in apartment and smelt. It took a bit of getting used to going from one area to another with lifts but understood this is for security as well. The staff were rude on arrival and didn't listen when trying to explain things. Using the pool or spa was difficult in the sense that you had to wear your wet bathers back to the room because the shower was a public one and there was nowhere to change in private. Bit confusing with the parking - a tip here is to check in first from the Exhibition Street entrance and get directions from the friendly staff. Our apartment was on the southern side of the building and we could hear the loud music from the night clubs below and all the noise the patrons made as they left at 3am. The lounge suite in the apartment we had was a bit low & not very comfortable. We didn't like having to travel to the 2nd floor first then having to go through another security door to get to the lift for our floor -. Spa was cold and dirty. Shower was very hard to get the temperature right and no pressure. Shower over the bath Would love to bring my elderly Mum down, but she wouldn't deal well with the shower arrangement. No Exhaust fan in Bathroom Very loud at night tram noise. Bedding too light, we were freezing. Would rather a quilt not sheets and blanket. limited hot water. Carpet a bit tired probably because it was a poor choice at the beginning rather than wear and tear. Remote for air con was so dirty I couldn't read it. The view from the balcony from 1205. For new comers to melbourne it wasnt to pleasing to look out and see China town not at its best. The lifts are confusing especially from the mall below. Access to rooms was a bit tortuous. Expensive Outside noise of loud music on the side of the building we were on. Unable to access car park from building once key was returned on checkout. Smell of cigarettes. Bathroom needed good clean in areas not seen on first view. Under the soap holder in bath - filthy but only noticable when in the bath. Grout, fitting surrounds and shower screen all needed good scrub, esp when screen was half shut the grime was evident.
