We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. The accommodation was simple and comfortable, there was plenty of space in the room which was cool on a hot day in Sydney! There were lovely little touches like a personalised greeting flyer with information about the property and I particularly liked the little Lint chocolate that was left as a treat. Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)
