Location is fantastic for a city stay. Close to Kings Wharf, Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour restaurants. 2 blocks from the best shopping in Pitt and George Streets. Easy walk to Circular Quay, the Rocks and Wynyard Railway Station. The apartment is two levels high with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom which gives it a nice roomy feel. All mod cons supplied and cleaners did a good job.

The location was great and suited our plans perfectly. Access was easy by public transport (we did not want to bring a car into Sydney on this occasion), and the facilities were what we needed. Wow! Exceeded our expectations. About a block from Darling Harbour. Great rooms (though note that it is a 2-level with bedroom/bath upstairs). Staff were a big help with travel and tours. staff excellent & rooms clean and comfortable even though apartments are older. walking distance to everything. eat out or cook for yourself in excellent kitchen. We like the loft apartment concept of this hotel. Full facilities of kitchen & laundry , very near with harbour, and tourist attraction such aquarium sealife. Location was great. Views were awesome. Handy to everything and not too noisy. Good to have laundry facilities and kitchen facilities. Staff were helpful. Bedroom and bathroom on mezzanine floor gave this apartment a bit more style. The apartment itself is reasonably modern and clean but the bathroom, although quite serviceable, needs an upgrade. The door closer on the apartment door needs adjusting as we found it ajar one day. The outdoor deck could do with a timber floor and chairs. We had no problems with this stay. Bathroom could do with upgrade but was functional. Just that the bathroom and shower were not well maintained, there were rust on the wall. Car park is 100m walk away. Balcony hadn't been cleaned properly (smelled like urine and had cigarette butts on it). Only the steps but the front office always helped us with them. Could do with some refurbishment, rooms are a bit old and dated. We had 2 units on Level 2 and I only though to request a higher level to avoid the street noise the day before and none were available. It was very noisy on Thurs, Fri and Sat nights most of the night. I am a relatively light sleeper and so would not stay there again unless we could be assured that we could be on the top level. That is the only negative comment I have though. Slightly noisy from young folk late at night. No room service noisey. Being on the first floor. Foxtel didnt work. The staff attitude. Disgusting how we had to pay more than double of what was said on the hotel website for parking. The way the staff had tried to deal with the matter. Showed no interest to try to fix the problem. No TV in Bedroom. Trying to drag suitcases up the stairs/entrance - an OH&S issue. I wouldn't stay again as I found this too difficult. a bit tired - needs an update. no way to avoid a lot of steps at the entrance - bad if you have a lot of bags. Very noisy late at night from the pub over the road. The noise of the traffic and the fact I forgot my ear plugs. It would have been nice if the tiny balcony could be paved. The traffic noise did not stop. The pub across the road went until 3am or later. First floor apartment was supposed to be a special it needs a total Reno. Do not book this room very noisy no view. The whole block needs new carpet paint and a good clean. Staff moved me after I complained. damaged carpet in hallways, and small for the price. Very noisy (road). Did not like the idea of finding parking then having to go park the car then walk back. The book is out of date on what's close by and the wii Fi code is not in the book. The furniture is outdated and the sofa bed is unstable. The blankets are filthy.

There are approximately 12 steep stairs leading into the building and 12 internal stairs in the apartments. As there are no doors or walls upstairs, they are not suitable for small children.
