  From the moment that we drove down through the city streets to City Center Hotel, we knew that the location was just right on. We had a room with a balcony which was a good idea as it gave us a lovely view of the square behind the hotel. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was substantial.   We stayed in the Vatnsstigur 11 building, which is perfectly located just off the main street Laugevegur - close to everything, but not disturbed by nightlife at all. No reception staff, but self check-in and finding the room key was easy. Just 200 yards from the sea front and the Sun Voyager statue. The one bedroom apartment (403) was great.
