Nice recent and clean bungalows close to a lava field with the volcano Hverfjall at sight and the lake just opposite the road, behind the farm where the reception and the restaurant is. I am still amazed of this guesthouse, because it is of the same uniqueness, that also brands the whole area around it! The staff was incredibly helpful (they would have planned our whole two days in this area perfectly for us, if we wanted them to!) and open minded.
The breakfast was very good as well. But the most incredible part are the rooms themselves: You get such a good and cosy (and also romantic) feeling, once you enter your floor-heated, wooden-made room, that you don't want to leave
