  We stayed in the house for a night and it was one of the most relaxing and comfortable stays during our trip to Iceland. The house is located on the edge of the town, 2-minute walk away from the sea. The facilities are very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary if you feel like making a breakfast or dinner. As a bonus they have two wonderful dogs (in their upper floor - Teigur Rooms and Appartment was the b-e-s-t place we stayed during our two-week trip around Iceland.   the owner and staff are very nice, they provided us with anything we needed, very good price for such a nice family hotel.   Middle of nowhere, such a sleepy town, we stayed for 24 hours and only saw our host! Full kitchen, Piping hot bathroom (from a geyser) 10m from beach, so quiet! Therr were 3 rooms but we the only ones staying, so quiet! Comfy bed too! - The host, Johanna, was super-friendly and helpful with tips about the local area.

  We loved the beautiful setting in the fiords. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. There were many cozy areas to lounge and relax.
