  From the moment that we drove down through the city streets to City Center Hotel, we knew that the location was just right on. We were near the majority of restaurants, museums & galleries and shopping. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was very helpful in all aspects that a visitor to Iceland would expect. The - Very central location...close to main shopping areas, tourist centers and restaurants...try The Grill Market Restaurant on the same street as the hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was a good idea as it gave us a lovely view of the square behind the hotel. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was substantial.
