The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are able to give you menus for takeaways and give you plates etc for them. The location is ideal for Drayton Manor and the Snowdome also for the shops and a short walk to Tamworth its self. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, all fresh. Hotel in perfect location, close to town, sport centre, retail park, soft play and bowling centre. Close to Drayton Manor too. We stayed 2 nights, and will definitely stay here again. In general very happy with stay.

Some of the staff were excellent and very obliging. The rooms were clean. Quite location no noise at night. Great for fitness as a well stocked gym and squash courts. A bit of a boys feel at the sports bar. Beauty facilities good and also hairdressers. I was given a very good free and concise workout on the slendertone machines, great bonus. Free

The staff were very friendly despite us turning up after one in the morning after our nearby concert had finished. The following morning we were met by more friendly staff for breakfast and the reception was friendly too. The rooms were roomy, clean and tidy with everything you needed.

I have stayed at the Old Royd for many years when travelling to Alton Towers and I have never had a bad word to say. They get better infact, every year. Very pleasant and comfortable and within easy reach of all pubs, restaurants, tesco and attractions like Alton Towers. my wife and i stayed two nights and loved every minute of our stay staff were friendly locals friendly hotel clean room (four poster bed)lovely..as our weekend was a romantic getaway break..with a day at the races included we could,nt of asked for more.. comfort location first class -

Great location just off the M6 with a choice of 3 places to eat with walking distance of the hotel.
Nice free parking right on site and a short period of free WiFi enough just to check e-mails.
Nice clean well equipped room with good quality bed and bedding.

Friendly staff, very comfortable, clean well furnished and equipped room. We found that the Brewers Fayre restaurant attached to the hotel excellent value for money with a wide ranging menu. We called in again for a meal on our return home. -

We were so pleased with the hotel from the moment we entered we were welcomed by very friendly and efficient staff. The rate for the night was excellent - we will definitely use Premier Inns when visiting different parts of the country. -

We needed somewhere to stay for my son's football tournament at St George's Park. The Premier Inn at B-U-T fitted the bill admiarbly. We had dinner and breakfast in the pub next door and both were absolutely fine. -
