Birmingham Hotell

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. All i say is that we found everything at this hotel to be perfect. Reception/Check in was easy. Our room was on the 14th floor with amazing views - the room was spotlessly clean, including huge bed + bathroom. We had a flat screen TV, iron, safe and Tea making facilities. Checking was also just as easy and the staff were extremely helpful. I cannot understand why anybody would stay anywhere else in Birmingham! Perfect!! :-) - James

Service from arrival, through room service, breakfast and departure was first class. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could want. the room service menu was great and the 4 course platter was excellent. - John

We booked into the hotel for a two night package with some friends. The package included an evening meal. We were up in Birmingham for the Twenty 20 finals day at Edgbaston on 15th August and we stayed Friday and Saturday night. We had our meal on the Friday night. We read the reviews and were expecting the worst but we were very pleasantly surprised. Stayed for a week from 6 September 2009 while on business in Birmingham. Comfortable and clean room, good food and freindly helpful staff. I would happily stay here again next time I'm in the city. - Philippa

Stayed one night prior to a flight to Jamaica. Check in was very fast and friendly. Our room overlooked the road at the back of the property and was a little noisy at rush hour. The room was very nice and more than adequate for what we wanted. The shower was perfect with plenty of fresh clean towels. Breakfast next morning was continental and although i like a cooked breakfast we found it great and got toast cereals jams muffins bread rolls cheeses yoghurts tea coffee and juices. My wife and I stayed with our 6 month old son for 1 night, the hotel is very well located if you are going to Birmingham. We found the staff very helpful and thought the food was very good, the room was a good size leaving us enough room even with the travel cot set up. We would stay here again - Mohamed

We stayed for 2 nights and was based on the 9th floor, the room was very clean and looked recently refurbished with exception to a ripped pillow case. Didn't hear any outside noise and was very happy with the room considering we only paid £66 for 2 nights. The receptionist could do with speaking more and being more customer attentive but otherwise i would recommend this hotel. - John

From arrival the hotel was excellent, reception was bright and clean and the staff were attentive and friendly, the bedrooms were large, modern and airy, and the shower wet rooms were also sizeable. The hotel is brand new so it did take a moment to work out where the parking was but this was a such a minor detail that it hardly rates at all. The follow up email was very prompt asking for feedback, and the only down side was the cost of internet access, but I received an email within 24 hours e - Isaac

The hotel is well positioned in the middle of the city, less than 5 minutes walk from New Street Station and the Bullring. The rooms in the hotel were nice with flat screen TV's and plenty space, my room was at the back of hotel which looked onto a large multi storey car park, on the Saturday night there was quite a lot of noise from people waiting to pay at the parking station. Overall given the price paid (£90 for two nights) and the location I would recommend this hotel. - Karl

We had a studio apartment at City Quarters at Burne Jones House for a one night stopover in Birmingham. Apartment was very nice - large, clean, well furnished and good value. Location was excellent for the city centre and for access to the New Street railway station. The apartments do not have reception staff, but the code entry system to get keys worked fine. We arrived early before the room was ready and we were able to leave suitcases with the caretaker. All in all, a nice overnight stay in B - Thomas

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights when in Birmingham for a dancing competition and we couldnt have been happier, The staff were fabulous and let us have the use of a function suite to practise in and wished us well the next day, the breakfast was lovely and plenty choice. would definitely go back. - Nicolas

Fantastic location great for central Birmingham/concerts etc. The Lounge bar very nice. Room was facing road but seemed very quite and comfy bed. - sally wilkins
