We stayed in an en-suite attic room. The room was a good size, with a huge, comfortable king-size bed. Jackie, the manager was friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The room and the rest of the B&B was very clean and well presented. Although Damons-Lincoln is undergoing renovation at the moment this did not impact on our stay at all. The staff made us fully aware of the situation on checking in. Although the hotel is quite old and the decor a little tired, it was clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The staff were helpful, smiley and right on the button. We asked for more pillows and they were brought up immediately. The full english breakfast was good, hot and tasty. All in all it was a really good experience and good value for money. -

great and the biggest bath I have ever seen and the shower worked
properly. It was easy to find being on the main road. We used the hotel
as a stopping off point on the way to Chapel St Leonards but we did
manage to see beneath the Humber Bridge. -

Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. We will definitely return if we visit Skegness again. -

I have stayed at the Loudor twice now and I cannot find a fault
.Travelling as I do for business I have stayed in many hotels but there
are very few that I look forward to returning to.This is at the top of
my list the welcome by Mick and Jo( great conversation) and environment
of the Loudor makes it a fabulous place. Also a great Italian over the
