  Leo made us feel welcome by chatting to us and taking us around the manor house. The rooms are well appointed and despite the hot weather, we were kept cool with a breeze through the room. The breakfast was great and freshly cooked. There is much history in the manor house, which made the stay interesting. In retrospect, we should have spent two ... vad folk säger » nights there. - Beautiful building, beautiful location, wonderful warm welcome with a pot of tea and coffee in front of the open fire, Leo was really friendly, felt very relaxed and welcome, breakfast was perfect..with freshly baked bread and all cooked to perfection. Book it you won't be disappointed.

  Very helpful staff. I had failed to book at table in the restaurant on the evening of our visit (had I booked directly no doubt the importance of making a reservation would have been pointed out) and although pretty much fully booked they did manage to fit us in, which was much appreciated, there is not much else in Market Rasen. Car park tight,... vad folk säger » but double parking was permitted, handy as vehicle was fully loaded and I did not really want to leave it in the street. An excellent breakfast, but - Everything. Our room was spotless and beautiful. Staff were friendly, and polite. Our waitress was lovely and we had a giggle with her. It was very obvious staff were trained well and the owner/manager ran a very tight ship but the staff were happy. Food at dinner and breakfast was perfect. Wine was good and we were surprised how reasonable our bill was on checking out.
