A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

I must say that I found the Hotel to be excellent value with some fantastic professional staff. Oli the Shift Manager on the evening of my stay was particularly welcoming, professional and nothing was too much bother.
I must say that overall the hotel, restaurant, food quality rooms and staff have set a very high standard and I will return on a weekly basis whilst I work in Lincoln for the next 12 months.

Bar meals were absolutely marvellous Great food at affordable prices Very helpful friendly staff can't fault it. The price was amazing compared to other better known 'inns'. Lovely outdoor seating area which was very welcome for a drink before dinner. Plenty of parking on site. Reception clean and welcoming staff very friendly.

The disabled room was for my 88 year old mother and the design was very good.
The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Karen and Lorraine. My mother was cold during the night and could not work out the heating. Hence she didn't sleep very well. When she mentioned this to reception they apologised, refunded her the nigh

I can't fault a thing, the room was warm, clean & really comfortable, plenty of space for the 3 of us (1 adult & 2 children 7 & 9) but the crowning glory is the staff here. The 2 receptionists I encountered were genuinely lovely, their customer service was far beyond my expectations. Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark.
The young man on reception took an interest in our visit which was a nostalgis trip as we got engaged in Lincoln 46years ago and were celebrating our 45th wedding aniversary. We even got a card and he'd remembered

Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the
top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and
the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we
couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which
was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh
fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend
it to friends. -
What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market.
I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you.

Everything was very good as expected, the staff was very friendly - althouhg we had arrived late, the lady cooked just for us, as all surrounding places for food were not serving already. Very Friendly, polite staff. Massive comfy bed. Very nice atmosphere, can't say about the food as did not eat at the hotel. - location nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool for the little one to use.
