The friendliness and the fact they made you feel so welcome even in the local pub next door. I am very fussy on hygiene and I could not find fault with our accomodation. We will be back and will bring the children next time. Thank you. Friendly. Was next door to a pub which did good meals which is useful when you are travelling alone. The room was clean and had good facilities. Ideal for a weekend away and close to places like Woodhall Spa, Horncastle and Skegness.alla recensioner »

Very good value for money , excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The friendliness, the service and the location. Convenient location, good food, cleanliness.Friendliness of the staff. I was given some great information about the local area, which did enhance our stay. The friendliness and helpfulness of the host and his family. Room very clean and tidy good choice of food for breakfast. Friendly staff good breakfast, location. friendly hosts and clean facilities. Attended Woodhall Spa Golf Academy. Quiet area. Nice welcome, liked the French cafe style of the restaurant. Clean, well equipped. Friendly management and cleanliness. It would have been useful for some to know that the room allocated was at the top of a flight of steep stairs. I was ok but some people would have struggled. They have accommodation on lower floors across the road.Bed was a bit hard and I could feel the springs. I didnt like having to climb the fire stairs to the room.Single room wasn't really en-suite and the double room I stayed in a few days later had very thin walls! Noise from the road could have been a problem but I was prepared with ear plugs. You could not turn on the shower without making a puddle of water all over the floor.Noise from other rooms walls very thin, Mattress could have been better very lumpy. It, the cafe, was a bit noisy, hard tables and table settings non-existent. Lighter placing of plates and trays would have improved the atmosphere.Road noise. Something did smell outside the hotel! (In the parking lot). Noisy - doors banging, television in next room loud. The photo on the website is not were you actually stay, which is very poor advertising.
