Very Friendly, polite staff. Massive comfy bed. Very nice atmosphere, can't say about the food as did not eat at the hotel. - location nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool for the little one to use.

We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark.
The young man on reception took an interest in our visit which was a nostalgis trip as we got engaged in Lincoln 46years ago and were celebrating our 45th wedding aniversary. We even got a card and he'd remembered

What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market.
I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you.

Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the
top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and
the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we
couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which
was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh
fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend
it to friends.

Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

We stayed in an en-suite attic room. The room was a good size, with a huge, comfortable king-size bed. Jackie, the manager was friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the centre of Louth. The staff were friendly and welcoming and with the American Diner attached, made for a perfect stay for us. The room was contemporary and stylish, with a top notch en-suite. Provided in the room was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All this and at a budget price too! Excellent! -

properly. It was easy to find being on the main road. We used the hotel
as a stopping off point on the way to Chapel St Leonards but we did

A very warm welcome from Carol on the evening I checked in and a lovely breakfast in the morning cooked by Roger, her husband. I was even given a lift to my party venue the next morning. The house was very quirky and artistically decorated with mannequins at the front door, and very vibrant colours.
