After being delayed by weather and airlines for 2 days, we arrived at the Copthorne quite tired, frustrated and disappointed that our three night stay had been reduced to just one night. Thankyou to your staff that night.We arrived in from Sydny after 1 am without our bags and only the cloths we were wearing. We had a 8 am departure that morning and they kindly arranged for our cloths to be washed and ready by 6 am.
Nothing was too much trouble and they definately "went the extra yard"
Our thanks to them again.

The staff were exceptional, particularly the reception staff and the concierge. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of artwork on display, including the motorbikes - some pieces were outstanding. Being in the heart of the city was a huge plus for exploring on foot. The balcony was a great surprise that I wasn't expecting. My bed was very comfortable.

We liked everything about this hotel. We were upgraded to a large,
beautifully appointed room, in keeping with the 1920s period in which
the hotel was built. Everything was lovely including cups and saucers.
We had a large bathroom, including bath with claw legs and twin basins.
TBreakfast and lunch in the restaurant were excellent. Staff were very
helpful.We recommend this hotel highly.

I don't frequently provide reviews of hotels, but Ohtel is very special. It is all the things hotels would probably like to be, but don't quite achieve. Ohtel is seriously stylish. It provides a luxurious experience, while being close to the heart of beautiful Wellington. I cant wait to book again! -

Everything went to plan, arrived late, key where they said with our name
on it, nice little suit, nice fresh sheets, able to make our breakfast
there, and a little dairy down below with essentials, really nice staff,
left our bags there for the day, no problems, really happy with our
stay, thanks -

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment within a hotel complex meant that we could all be together in a spacious & comfortable setting. Very friendly & obliging right through from reception & concierge staff to the valets/porters & housekeepers. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to
leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the
booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of

I thought the place was fabulous! My 11 year old and 17 year old were very happy and comfortable too! The location is excellent and we made use of the cafe and proximity to the museum and courtney place buses and eateries! Would definitely stay here again and even my husband enjoyed viewing all the various art works. 9.5/10

The staff were excellent, we loved the CBD location with flat walk to just about anywhere in the CBD. Close to the sea front, train station and many tourist attractions. Really good restaurant with excellent menu. Great room, very comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom, full mini-bar and stunning views across the CBD from our room. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Great location. There should have been better info re parking, in the book it said of a park right next door at the back of the property but when I rang and asked staff they told me of other parking buildings. It would've been a lot less stressful if I'd had directions to the park next door from the start.

I really liked the convenience of the location - right by Lambton Quay and Queen's Wharf, but not far from Courtney Place etc either. We had a nice, quiet room that was spacious and well laid out. It was great having a shower that wasn't over a bath (safer!). The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Taxis were very handy,

Efficient location, good room layout for a small Studio style, all staff were very friendly and acknowledged us - from the reception to the staff tending to the rooms & in the service lift to cap park. As ex Wellingtonians, it was great to find somewhere stylish but modest where we now know we can have a good stay in the city at a good rate for a weekend. -
Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. Access to and from carpark facility was excellent, safe and secure although it was a little tight in places especially if you own a large car. We ordered the full buffet breakfast. The selection of food available was excellent and the discounted price was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and inviting.
