These well appointed units are so central.
With views of the surrounding hills and Wellington Harbour we were delighted.
The units have everything you could possibly expect. They are spacious, light and very comfortable. We will stay again.
They do have reception and you can reserve parking spaces.

We can't be sure that all rooms have the same level of equipment,
but we were staying in nr 1. which is exclusive one with private open
deck and hot tube.
This was just perfect to get some relaxation after transfer and city-trips.

Shared bathrooms are totally nice- only shared with one or two other rooms, so it's hardly noticeable even and feels as private as you'd fancy. Really awesome staff with great service and truly gourmet food in downstairs café- just off Cuba street so super centrally located, but set on a quiet, safe side street. I'll be going back again for sure! Highly recommend whether you're new to Wellington or back for a repeat visit.

It exceeded my expectations. For being in the heart of the city, it was great value for the money. I was worried it would be the least of places we stayed in NZ. Instead it was the nicest. My daughter and I enjoyed the access to the pool and exercise equipment, and the lift to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was most comfortable with a great kitchen, and our own washer / dryer. We would certainly recommend it to our friends.

Thankyou to your staff that night.We arrived in from Sydny after 1 am without our bags and only the cloths we were wearing. We had a 8 am departure that morning and they kindly arranged for our cloths to be washed and ready by 6 am.
Nothing was too much trouble and they definately "went the extra yard"
Our thanks to them again.
