  Excellent service from property owner and very good and clean facilities. Position is excellent and that the owner organised transport for us to the airport (4am), was very much appreciated, We loved that there is a curfew on planes as we thought we might have been kept awake all night. We were quite late arriving in but the room was heated for us which was really appreciated.

  We loved the personal touch with Jenny the Manager, very willing and accurate information ie the distance we had to travel, eating places, etc. The changing of the linen and re stocking the unit daily. I was travelling with my eldery mother, when I booked a first floor unit the management phoned me straight away with concern that she may not be a... wat mensen zeggen » ble to cope with the stairs. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would c - staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.

  The staff were awesome they accommodated us to the best of their ability with helping out with storage of our bags, access to Internet and with getting around the city. They also helped us with transport to the airport with a special deal. They were also very friendly and always chatting to us which was great! Definitely would stay there again and... wat mensen zeggen » would recommend to others! - Everything was perfect! I definitely recommend this place and I would recommend getting a room in the lodge. The lodge rooms are perfect but maybe I am just biased because the decor was my kind of thing. Location was perfect. The staff were so lovely and they had great smiles!

  I like it because they are always very friendly - which is always a plus to me - the location is great, it is clean and has everything I need for a good price. - Reception friendly & helpful. We got there at 9.30am as we were going to a cricket match, and were able to check in & leave our car there for the day.

  The reception staff (Gail and Dennis),were excellent and friendly and helped us courier a hairdryer back to us that we left in our room. The cleaners did a marvellous job. Rooms changed every day and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk to restaurants and bars. Very quiet even though right in the city. Really enjoyed our ... wat mensen zeggen » stay there and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stay in Wellington - The very friendly and helpful manager. He booked a city tour bus for us. Had leaflets and costs of the various modes of transport to get to the airport and on our day of departure phoned and organised the Shuttle bus. Also stored our luggage until it was time for our departure. It was in easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the museum.

  We stayed in room 3, it was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed with a toddler and baby and it was great. Fairly compact, but just enough room. The manager drove us to the airport in the morning and was generally really friendly and accommodating. The convenience of being close to the airport for late night arrivals from Australia. - Everything we needed for an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight home. We were picked up within five minutes of arrival, transported to our spotless, comfortable, quiet room. A wake up call was arranged for us, and an early morning taxi was there waiting for us. I had the best night's sleep, without any worries, after a really good pub meal recommended at the hotel.

Great to be able to have free parking and an easy walk to the city shops, restaurants, theatre etc. Owner/Manager very nice and accomodating - he was able to juggle bookings to provide us with an extra night at very late notice. - Extremely friendly and... wat mensen zeggen » obliging host, great location, comfortable, large and very clean premises offering off street parking and outstanding views of Wellington city. A great find in a city where good accommodation can be difficult to find. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.
