The moment I walked into the hotel, there was a very welcoming atmosphere :) The room is clean, stylish, and very confortable. Next time I will check in earlier to try out the roof top pool, it seemed amazing!!. The location of the hotel is the best thing ,, its near to the mitro station and you are at the central of the Dubai city ,, its very nice hotel and very clean. Very plush and comfortable room. Quiet and very clean. Lovely street cafes in the area. Close to the Metro- 5 minute walk and near Deira City Centre.

Iam accustomed to the quite and friendly atmosfere in Grand central as I used to stay in this hotel since 2005(then Grand Move).The hotel is located in the same area of my business contacts and partners. The location which is very accessible to Metro Rigga Station. The size of a room is also quite big enough to make you comfortable. The hotel is very ideal for only a short stay. Hotel is located in very good area walking distance from Rigga metro station , Staff are friendly , break fast abit cozy. The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good and waitresses were very helpful and cheerful. Friendly,courteous, accommodating staff.... One staff even gave me my eyeglasses I left on the lobby. The madras and bed was excellent. The central location important. Rooms are spacious and clean. Well maintained. Location, room size, price, free wifi. The breakfast wasn't very good.. Mini bar was not filled after we had some drinks and nuts. Very few TV channels for English speakers. Pool closes at 6pm- I wanted an evening swim. Require shade at the roof for chilling require bigger gym other wise all fine. Room service!!! Not mutch of twoels broken hair dryer. The fridge is not cold enough. The counter insist on keeping my ID which I refuse. But I have to pay a AED500 deposit. Room beds not comfortable. old TV and furniture. Our room steward did not pay attention to details - needed to call for towels and other items that should have been replaced with regular service. Stayed 4 nights. Breakfast too many people and they let you share your table with strangers, which I don't like. So I cancelled breakfast from my package !!. no guest allowed. Club makes it not the ideal place if u r visiting with young kids. Swimming pool was very small and food was expensive. You need to be careful with the price appeared in the website as it excludes tax and services. So, if you want to have a final price you need to multiply the price in the website by 1.2. Also, you need to ask the reception whether guest is allowed. During my stay my guests are allowed to stay in the lobby ONLY. There is nothing which I don't like. hotel's facade was dark at night lobby decoration was not in class of a 4 star hotel,same was applicable to restorant, breakfast,. Some people may struggle with the noise. WiFi not steady in the areas of use. No swimming pool on Saturday, though it is a weekend holiday in government sector in uae. It should be closed on some working day. reception staff should be little polite. some noise from the street, and exposing the residence across the street. Hotel has a lots of iranian gust and most of them doesn't speak English it's better one of your staff or receptionist speak farsi. too much dancing in the night club and I could not sleep easily. Parking is too small, Internet is costly. Little bit far from the Main Street, annoying bellboy won't leave my room without a tip had to kick him out. the waiting area the break fast item.... toilets,. The staff. no internet in the room. Location. Not at all. Though there are facilities such as gym, sauna and steam but only available within a limited operation hours from 9 to 6. Gym also has no equipment like a bench to start with a good workout. Very noisy especially at night. source of noise was from the street. many drunkers . it is not very suitable for families because there is bar. hotel becomes a bit noisy at nights. Free wifi in the lobby only! Why not inside the room?. The room indeed was rather large but dark. The hotel apparently has four stars which is overrated. Max three but not sure under which criteria this is assessed. Breakfast buffet very limited. Pool and gym close too early, and many unscheduled closures. Towels not changed, too few tv channels.
